More on Coaching

We will work with the person in coaching in the following areas:

• Where the issue being brought is professional/professional. This means that the client is bringing a skill based issue that is affecting their professional life.
  
  
• Where the issue is professional/personal. This is where the client’s professional life is affecting their personal life
  
  
• Where the issue is personal/professional. This is where the client’s personal life is affecting their professional life.

We do not have a contract to work with the client when the issue is personal/personal. That is when a personal issue is affecting them only in their personal lives and not affecting their professional life. The place for this is therapy, therapeutic counselling or perhaps a life-coach.

Where a client contracts on an individual basis then this is about their personal growth and as long as the contract is clear we can work in this area as this is not a multi-handed contract with an organisation funding the work, unless the organisation is happy for this.
