Content and Aims of the Course - a Launch Pad

This programme is ideal for supporting both your work and personal life. Covering as it does the core concepts in TA, the course provides a launch pad for advancement in the field of your choice. On completion you may decide to continue with us on our Developmental / Organizational TA training, which adds the organizational context and analysis of the organizational dynamics. This is a further advancement of the application of TA and is particularly beneficial if you wish to learn a wider range of concepts and apply them in such contexts as: management and leadership, HR, consultancy, training and coaching. By attending this TA 202 course you will be able to hit the ground running on that programme which is attended by a range of practitioners from Europe and the UK.

You will leave this course with greater confidence in your TA knowledge and a practical set of tools to address issues and enhance relationships at home and at work. Working as we do with small groups you will also have the opportunity to learn from, support and be supported by others. This is a unique opportunity to share our training space with a group of other interested people who all want to further themselves. Half of each workshop will be devoted to application or skills – the application of these and other concepts. This provides the opportunity for people to explore the application of the content of the course in practical ways. Participants are encouraged to come prepared with issues and examples in practice to work on during the application day. This could, for example, be a piece of supervision, a case study or a discussion topic.
