What is Transactional Analysis?

TA can be used by anyone in a variety of situations. Our Introduction to TA on this site will give a taste of what it offers. The Advanced Skills in Communication Level One (the TA101) provides this introduction in a three day course.

Ideally it is an approach reflected in how we are, not something we do to others. TA is an approach that has both depth and breadth.

It is not a “quick fix” and will always stand you in good stead whatever your situation, whatever your context.

The Advanced Skills in Communication Level 2 Course provides a really solid grounding in the TA approach and goes into much greater depth than the Level One Course - and is the logical next step to consider. It consists of twenty days of workshops.

It is easy to understand and can be taught to both children and adults alike, from the shop floor to the board-room.
