The Journey to TA Qualification - continued

In order to become a Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst, following a minimum of a year after qualification as a Certified Transactional Analyst, you would need to:

There is then a process which takes another 5-7 years to build the skills and the required hours before being eligible for examination. You then need to:

When you have completed all these hours and your sponsor believes that you are personally and professionally ready you can put in for the TSTA exam. This involves three different boards, one on theory, one on training or teaching, and the other on supervision. The teaching and supervision boards include practical live teaching and supervision in front of the board, and you are asked questions about your philosophy and practice.

So, this is the long journey you would take in order to become a TSTA. Once there you would be nationally and internationally accredited.

Alternatively, if all these hours of personal and professional development were not for you, you could just commission us instead!
