Certification

An additional benefit of the Organizational TA programme

We have obtained endorsed recognition of this programme by the Institute of Leadership and Management. Their certificate would require 20 further hours of training - which can be made up in a number of ways - discuss this with us if you are interested.

Alternatively, (or in addition), the Institute of Developmental Transactional Analysis provide a certificate towards which this programme contributes the lion's share of hours. This second option would also require the completion of assignment work. There is then the option to progress to a IDTA Diploma as the next stage.

If you have no wish for either of those options, we will in any case provide an Organizational TA certificate for the 100 hours you will have completed on the programme. You then have the option at a later stage to pursue the IDTA Certificate should you change your mind.

Please note that both the ILM and the IDTA Certificates involve some extra cost - in both instances payable to those organizations and not to us.

Contact between workshops for extra coaching/supervision on work issues is available to you.

Delegates are encouraged to maintain contact with each other between workshops and an exclusive online discussion group enables delegates to discuss different theoretical concepts and raise issues they are dealing with. This thereby provides additional means of support.
