Certification

Mountain Associates will offer delegates an Organisational TA certificate for the 100 hours, with the option to obtain an Institute of Developmental Association Certificate or Diploma in TA. We have also obtained recognition of the course by the Institute of Leadership and Management. Both the IDTA and ILM will require the completion of assignments. Those who attend the whole programme will receive 100 certificated hours, and in the case of the ILM qualification will need to complete a further 20 hours to gain that certificate.

Contact between workshops for extra coaching on work issues is available.

Delegates are encouraged to maintain contact with each other between workshops and therefore use of the internet will be advantageous as access to our web site will enable delegates to discuss different theoretical concepts and raise issues they are dealing with. They will therefore be able to offer support to each other.
