Invitations and Decisions

We will explore the social context of TA as a way of obtaining an overview of this approach. We will explore this in the context of a variety of TA concepts, for example, OKness, TA proper, Games etc. In organisations we offer, or are offered, invitations to move into a particular emotional place and this dynamic affects our daily interactions with others, with positive or detrimental outcomes. This workshop will also look at what we can do and what we can encourage others to do to maintain a positive stance.
The T.E.A.M. Model

This model can be used as a framework when working with teams. It offers a dynamic approach that team members can use to analyse and consider ways to affect change, move forward and develop. Used in a wide variety of organisations this model is designed to empower team effectiveness.
Structures and Dynamics of Organisations and Groups

Berne developed a range of different diagrams to enable the understanding of organisations and groups. This workshop will explore Berne's theories, their use and how they can be applied to the workplace.
