Our new format

After feedback from our previous programmes this year we are introducing a new format that offers the same amount of training hours as a monthly programme without giving up one weekend a month.

This allows delegates to spend more time at home, less time on travel and more time to apply the concepts in between training sessions.

The benefits of this more concentrated, but less frequent, training allows for:

• delegates to form as a group
• increased opportunities for in-depth understanding of the concepts taught
• greater opportunity for peer support with trainer supervision

Programme Structure

We will be undertaking input and experiential exercises to promote development. In addition, on the Saturday evening delegates have the opportunity to give a one hour presentation. This can be undertaken individually or with other delegates.

The training group will then have the opportunity to offer constructive feedback so the presenters can develop their confidence and skills.

Attendance on the whole programme offers delegates 100 hours of Organisational/Developmental Transactional Analysis training. Each workshop of this 6 x 3-day programme will have the following structure (with breaks - morning, lunch, mid afternoon and additionally late afternoon on the Friday workshop):

Day One - 10.00 am to 5.00pm
Contracting for wants and needs / Input and exercises / Application
Coaching and/or supervision of application

Day Two - 9.30am to 7.00pm
Input / Exercises / Application / Coaching and/or supervision of application
Presentation / Presentation Review

Day Three - 9.30am to 4.30pm
Input / Exercise / Application
