Programme Outline
This programme will be based upon Organisational Transactional Analysis which is a dynamic and creative approach to human relationships, and personal and professional development.
Organisational TA focuses on building on what is already working and operates from an assumption of health - this is a very different approach from other methodologies which focus on the problems, what isn't working.
Whilst this negative approach makes intellectual sense, it ignores the human need for recognition - and so results in people getting little acknowledgement when they are doing a good job; while getting negative feedback in large measure if they get something wrong.
TA gives you a way to supply the positive feedback/recognition which boosts morale, and also to style that feedback in the areas where processes are not working effectively, in such a way as to have the best chance of maintaining healthy relationships.
