Working with Integrity in Organizations
This workshop will focus on the importance of ethics and Professional Practice in working with Organizations and,
in particular, the crucially different focus that applies in contrast to work with individuals. Two areas which will
be particularly stressed are contracting and boundaries.
26th to 28th November 2009
Progress in Cycles
This workshop will focus in depth on Cycles of Development (Pam Levin's work) and subsequent applications of this
theory in the Developmental TA field. Whilst the original theory was a model of child development in the field of
therapy, the model is very applicable to both work in organizations and coaching.
28th to 30th January 2010
Do Organizations "decide" their fate?
Although organizations are staffed and run by people, they arguably do not exist as an entity, however much their
outputs and physical resources exist in the "real" world. This workshop will focus on the mechanisms by which
organizations make decisions about their future and their nature, looking at the concept of "script" which would
normally be applied to individuals. There will also be focus on "re-decision" - again, normally a concept applied
to individuals, but in this context looking at the ways organizations might "reinvent" themselves.
25th to 27th March 2010
Models for Coaching
This workshop will focus on several models for the coaching process - with particular emphasis on the way in which
TA concepts inform and expand these models. There will be a focus on the organizational context of coaching.
20th to 22nd May 2010
How you see me and how I see you
This workshop will focus on the ways our perception of each other can be distorted by previous significant relationships
and our belief system. Using this information in awareness can help the organizational consultant or coach work more
effectively. Common terms used to describe this are transference and counter-transference, and we will be focussing on
the importance of these processes in organizational work.
