Their work has taken them to Russia, France and Armenia, and Switzerland. Anita has also appeared on television and a variety of radio stations. Implementation in organisations Anita and Chris are implementing Transactional Analysis within organisations in a variety of ways. For example, with the RAF undertaking direct teaching of TA for their instructors and trainers, and previously for the MOD facilitating trainer the trainer courses, and in an advertising company running management programmes and offering short bite-size seminars for staff on a variety of aspects of TA applied to their work in their own organisation.

They also undertake on-going team development programmes to ensure the development, and continuation of, excellent effective communication ensuring increased productivity through a positive workplace culture. Anita Mountain and Chris Davidson undertake coaching in a variety of commercial and non-commercial organisations.

All of this means that they are applying TA in their day to day work and obtaining results. They are frequently sought out by those who have been referred to them, or are offered further commission following previous successful in-house interventions.
