About the trainers
Anita Mountain MSc CTA (O)(P)Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst (with Organizational and Psychotherapy Specialties), Association for Coaching Accredited Coach, is the founding partner of Mountain Associates. Anita has two Certifications as a Transactional Analyst - in both Organizational and Psychotherapy applications, and is also accredited to train trainers both nationally and internationally. This is no mean feat as she is only one of a handful world-wide and the only one in Britain to achieve this level. She is also a Fellow of the Institute of Training & Occupational Learning.
Chris Davidson CTA (O), Provisional Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst (with Organizational Specialty), has worked as a consultant and trainer for 16 years, and has been freelance for the past eight years. He has over thirty years experience. He has worked with both public and private sector organizations. His work has included team development, working with difference, change management and coaching. He enjoys listening to and making music by way of bringing balance into his life. He is a partner in Mountain Associates.
Both Anita and Chris are skilled and trained group facilitators. They work in a range of organizations undertaking team building, team development, and the development of organizations as a whole.
They also use their advanced skills in Transactional Analysis in coaching for a range of different organizations in both the not-for-profit as well as the commercial sectors.
Both are published authors, writing for the Transactional Analysis Journal, an international publication, and have chapters in other books. Their joint forthcoming book on Organizational Transactional Analysis is to be published by Gower.
Anita has had two previous books published, the latest in 2004. Anita and Chris are often invited to be keynote speakers or panel members at national and international conferences. They work in a variety of organizations both nationally and overseas in both the public and private sectors.
