Advanced Skills in Communication - Level 1
(incorporating the Official Introductory Course in Transactional Analysis - T.A.101)
7th to 9th September 2010 (further course after that: 3rd to 5th November 2010)
Whatever your business, you know how important good communication is.
Without it, getting your message across is at best hampered and at worst impossible. Leaders who are able to make decisions but unable to communicate effectively lose the goodwill and respect of others.
The foundation for good communication is understanding and this course is designed to equip you with the tools to enable improved morale, energy and productivity.
Advanced communication skills get results. When you relate with ease and know how to invite others to do the same, then energy that was previously caught up in tension and difficulty can be channeled to increase productivity. Life at home is also likely to be more relaxed as less hassle at work means you go home more relaxed too.

You will leave this course with a really practical set of tools to address issues and enhance relationships at home and at work. You will learn why people do what they do and how to respond appropriately. The models used are visual and have been taught to adults from all walks of life as well as young people. They are easy to understand and provide a compass for dialogue.
You will learn that how you say something is as important as what you say. You will learn how to respond rather than simply react and how to encourage others to be collaborative and move from inertia to inspiration so that people go from strength to strength.
