1   Assessing your situation with you

• We will arrange a briefing meeting with you in order to learn what it is you want and why
  
• Having spent time talking we will design the appropriate intervention and send you the proposal
  
• Our aim is to enable your workforce to develop their own expertise so that we are made redundant
  
• Once you have agreed the proposal we then set dates for the program of interventions
  
• We also use follow-up days within programs to ensure your people maintain the commitment to their own and the organisation’s development and growth.
