- We will arrange a briefing meeting with you in order to learn what it is you want and why
- Having spent time talking we will design the appropriate intervention and send you the proposal
- Our aim is to enable your workforce to develop their own expertise so that we are made redundant
- Once you have agreed the proposal we then set dates for the program of interventions
- We also use follow-up days within programs to ensure your people maintain the commitment to their own and the organization’s development and growth.
