2  The Initial Meeting with you

• We begin by meeting face to face, giving you the space to talk with us about your situation and what you think needs to happen, whether it be a problem to be solved, or a new development you wish to initiate.
  
• You may want to “grow” your business into a new area, or extend the skills of your workforce in order to improve the quality of your service or product.
  
• Even at the outset you will experience how our questions and prompts, developed through years of experience, will give you the opportunity to explore what you want from us.
  
• This stage is very important - you'll almost certainly want to get on with the solution, but we know that the first task is to understand what the issues are, and only then identify options for action.
  
• Taking that short time to clarify the situation, and not rushing in, will lead to long-lasting solutions to your problems.
