• These suggestions can be adapted or added to in the context of your needs.
  
• They will include a variety of interventions delivered by us, addressing both the needs of the individual and the whole organisation.
  
• We want to support your organisation's growth through the development of your expertise - none of our programs use approaches where we ‘do it to people’.
  
• This means we will equip you with a toolkit of methods that will unlock better communication, enhance team working, and offer ways of managing conflict, stress and unproductive behaviours.
  
• You might want your key staff to attend our open workshops.
  
• These master-classes are small enough for your people to learn and question theory and how it is applied. They provide the opportunity for growth and development through teaching, practically based exercises and discussions.
