5  The final commission

• we now go on to design a bespoke programme to address the team’s specific needs, and once agreed by you we initiate the planned programme
  
• Because, so far, we have been speaking to you as the commissioning agent, team development programmes commence with agreeing with participants how we will work.
  
• This process is designed to ensure all delegates are on board and to clarify goals and areas of responsibility with each other, as well as with the facilitators.
  
• These agreements can then be revisited during, and after, the programme.
