Follow-up often takes the form of a one-day event where action plans and goals can be revisited.

This offers the opportunity for people to take stock of what worked and what did not.

Where things did not work this will be treated as feedback rather than failure.

Whatever worked will be supported so that developments and learning can be reinforced.
