• It doesn't end there - we know that it is really important to review how things have gone after some time has passed - to see what the lasting effects are.
  
• Follow-up often takes the form of a one-day event where action plans and goals can be revisited.
  
• This offers the opportunity for people to take stock of what worked and what did not.
  
• Where things did not work this will be treated as feedback rather than failure.
  
• Whatever worked will be supported so that developments and learning can be reinforced.
