Anita Mountain MSc CTA (O)(P) Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst (with Organizational and Psychotherapy Specialties), Association for Coaching Accredited Coach, is the founding partner of Mountain Associates. Anita has two Certifications as a Transactional Analyst - in both Organizational and Psychotherapy applications, and is also accredited to train trainers both nationally and internationally. She is only one of a handful in Britain to achieve this level. She is also a Fellow of the Institute of Training & Occupational Learning.

Chris Davidson CTA (O), Provisional Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst (with Organizational Specialty), has worked as a consultant and trainer for 18 years, and has been freelance for the past ten years. He has worked with both public and private sector organizations. His work has included team development, working with difference, change management and coaching. He enjoys listening to and making music by way of bringing balance into his life. He is a partner in Mountain Associates.
